The following privacy policy informs you as the user of the official Fan Page of Alexej Koschkarow (hereinafter „Provider“) about the collection and use of personal data when visiting and using our web pages.

The legal provisions of data protection, such as those contained in the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the Telemedia Act (TMG), are naturally observed by us; we take the protection of your data very seriously. General data collection and data processing

With each visit and use of the provider’s Internet pages the IP address as well as provider of the requesting computer, the website called up, as well as the data called up, date and time of the call up, transmitted data volume, notification of successful retrieval, identification data of the browser and operating system as well as the previously visited website (website from which access to the provider’s Internet offer is made) are registered by the provider or by the webspace provider as access data.

Definition of personal data

Personal data according to §3 German Data Protection Act (BDSG), personal data refers to any information concerning the personal or material circumstances of an identified or identifiable individual person. Collection of personal data

Personal data is only collected by the provider if this is legally permitted or you consent to the collection of the data. If you contact the provider by e-mail or by using the contact form, your data will be stored for the purpose of processing your request. After complete completion of the processing your data will be deleted, as far as there is no legal obligation to store them.

Third Party Content and Services

The provider reserves the right to integrate third party services and content, such as Google Maps., YouTube videos, third party graphics, RSS feeds, etc. into its Internet offer. For the successful display of this content, a query of your IP address by the third party provider is required. The provider endeavours to integrate only those offers of third parties into its Internet offer which use the queried IP address only for the successful presentation of the respective offer. However, the use of your IP address for further statistical purposes cannot be excluded by the provider. In case of positive knowledge of this, the provider will point this out separately.

Use of Facebook Plugins

The provider uses plugins from the social network Facebook, 1601 South California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA. Facebook plugins can be recognized by the Facebook logo (white „f“ on a blue background) or by the „Like button“ (thumbs up). If you call up a website of the provider which contains such a plugin, your Internet browser establishes a direct connection to the Facebook servers; the plugin content is transmitted directly to your Internet browser and is integrated into the displayed website.

The provider therefore has no control over data collections and their use, which are raised on the part of Facebook due to this connection. Because of the direct connection to the Facebook servers, Facebook receives information that you have visited the provider’s website with your IP address. While you are logged in to your Facebook account, Facebook has the option of assigning the retrieval of the Internet offer to your Facebook account. When you click the Like button or other interactions with Facebook plugins, the information contained therein is stored by Facebook and assigned to your user account as long as you are logged into your Facebook account.

If you do not wish Facebook to collect and store this additional data (beyond the provider’s IP address and page) and assign it to your user account, you have the option of logging out of your Facebook account before calling up the provider’s website. Due to the direct connection to Twitter servers, Twitter can receive information that you have visited the provider’s website with your IP address. While logged into your Twitter account, Twitter allows you to store and associate personal information with your account. Exact information on the collection and use of data is not possible for the provider.

The provider uses cookies on his Internet pages to increase the user-friendliness of the Internet offer and to collect statistical data for the continuous improvement of this Internet offer. If you do not wish cookies to be used when visiting the provider’s website, you have the option of making the appropriate settings in your Internet browser. To do this, you will be asked to select in the settings of your Internet browser whether you only want to restrict the storage of cookies or not to allow them at all.   • How long you stay on our site
  • The previously visited website
  • Your IP address.
